Insurance:

We welcome insurance. Liberty Dental Care Inc., as a courtesy, will file your insurance for you, although the total fee charged will be your obligation. Once your insurance has paid, you become responsible for the remaining balance. If insurance does not pay within sixty (60) days following your claim submission date, the entire balance becomes your responsibility and will be subject to an 18% APR finance charge.

We gladly accept cash, personal checks, debit cards, Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover, as well as Care Credit and Chase Health Advance.
